February 28: It's My Egypt Now, named for the fact that Zach Green likes making Egyptian-sounding music and this originally started off sounding Egyptian.
Updated song: Not Your Egypt Anymore. Less run-on. Named slightly different than the original, yet the same general idea, just like the music itself.

February 29: The One of War, named after March 1 because my watch told me it was March 1 when I made it. (If you're not aware, March was named for Mars, the god of war.)

March 1: Arming the Teeth, named for the phrase "armed to the teeth" and for the fact that it makes me think of soldiers going through the process of receiving their weapons and armor right before going into battle. Here's what it eventually turned into through Prophecy working with me to teach me more.

March 2: Seven Til, named so because it's 7 days until my birthday. It reminds me of a circus song, though, and so it seems like it's saying seven minutes until the circus begins! It was great when I first started making it, but then it became annoying.

March 3: Darrel Licked, named to sound like "derelict." It started out a bit spooky and became moreso just weird, and then I redid the horn so it was a lot less annoying and less weird again.

March 4: Red Eye is Not a Photographic Effect, named for its eery tone--imagine red eyes in the dark. I put a lot of minor chords to use in this bugger.

March 5: Soulless, named after the word "solace" as suggested by a friend.

March 6: This Is Not a Game, named such because a lot of people kept saying that my musics belong in videogames.

March 7: Gray Curtains, named since it's snowing outside (white), and yet the tune it sounds as if someone is dying tragically, which could be described as a black curtain being pulled over one's eyes.

March 8: Jamar Rowe, named to sound like "tomorrow" and also a name, and split in that exact spot because I once knew an English guy whose last name was Rowe. Really long compared to my other songs.

March 9: Crabs Do Not Belong In Cake, named for crab cakes, the fact that I had cake this day, and I washed my hands with coconut soap when I decided I didn't want to end my musicking streak, so I kinda went from there. For the record, crab cakes aren't anywhere near as good as Crème de Menthe. The theme of the song was actually designed to go with the name.

March 10: My Hats are High Hats, named because I started with nothing but high hats. I think it was good melody and rhythm practice.

March 11: Watch Me Run, named because it makes me think of moving extremely fast, since the beat is much quicker than my usual stuff. I really like how the little bits of slap bass came out.

March 12: I Am Packing, named because I'm packing today. I don't really have the time to make much of a piece of music, but I'll improve it throughout the day in my free time if I have any.

March 13: Stilts, named because I was staying the night in a log cabin on a hill, and the cabin had stilts holding the porch up.

I failed to make a music on the 14th, and that's okay, because I didn't really try a few times because I was only trying to get one done. So...that little spiel's over. Click here to go back to the main page.
